This celebration will honor the achievements and contributions of African Americans to the Aviation and Aerospace industries form the famed Tuskegee Airmen to the present day SHADES OF BLUE, Airline Pilots and Professionals of Aerospace.

This program is hosted by the African-American Leadership Insitiute, and focuses on young women from ages 8-18. It is designed to get women involved in various careers, the areospace industry, and in the the aviation industry.
