March 24 -26, 2005 High School teams (students teachers and engineers) from around the region build robots and compete in regional competion. Event location Daniel Ritchie Center, Denver University.

Pathways Nontraditional program is designed for 8th and 9th grade students who have not been successful in the traditional school environment. SHADES OF BLUE will show opportunities available in the fields of aviation and aerospace.

SHADES OF BLUE will co-host this event with the Wings Over the Rockies Rockies Museum (Lowry) and the Tuskegee Airmen. This celebration will honor the achievements and contributions of African Americans to the Aviation and Aerospace industries form the famed Tuskegee Airmen to the present day SHADES OF BLUE, Airline Pilots and Professionals of Aerospace.

This program is hosted by the African-American Leadership Insitiute, and focuses on young women from ages 8-18. It is designed to get women involved in various careers, the areospace industry, and in the the aviation industry.
