DESCRIPTION:PURPOSE OF THE AIRLINE SYMPOSIUM\nShades of Blue is preparing the next generation of aviation professionals—from pilots to aircraft mechanics and technicians to flight attendants.—to meet the future needs of the airline industry. \nAccording to airline industry projections\, in the next 25 years there will be a worldwide shortage: \n\n804\,000 pilots\n914\,000 flight attendants\n769\,000 aircraft mechanics and technicians\n\nSHADES OF BLUE is dedicated to developing the future workforce and currently working to fulfill the need for aviation and astronaut engineer positions.
