SUMMARY:Sporty's Ground School/ FAA Written Test Preparation Workshop
DESCRIPTION:The Shades of Blue Nevada chapter\, in collaboration with Carson City EAA 403 will be presenting a 7 week private pilot ground school workshop to prepare Young Eagles flyers to take the FAA written test. Classes will be held at the Carson City Airport terminal building and start February 14 at 10 am until noon and run for 7 consecutive weeks. Instructors will include Joe Rajacic\, United Airlines 747 Captain and President of Shades of Blue Nevada chapter\, Jeff Thompson\, KOLO 8 Chief Meteorologist\, Certified Flight instructors\, military\, corporate and commercial pilots. The requirements are that the student be at least 15 years old\, have taken a Young Eagles flight and have a real desire to obtain their private pilot license within 2 years.
